    That looks like just what I'm seeing here.  However it was closed 8 days 
    ago, implying problem is fixed, but unfortunately I seem to be hitting it.

This was a side effect of something that was packaged for EL6 according to 
Red Hat’s naming guidelines and became part of EPEL for EL7 under another 
name (dot vs. dash).  EPEL did an upgrade to a higher version number than 
ours, which is where this conflict came up.  This isn’t the first time we’ve 
bumped into something like this, and we have a standard workaround that was 
made part of the code and has been tested in our test bed.

I’ll talk to Andy in the morning and find out where we stand on getting it 
pushed into the production repository.
