Hi Szymon,
Recently, I discover that our connection have a MTU problem (less than 1500 bytes) and I already contact our network engineering to fix it.
Furthermore, I installed SSL certificate in the server and "like a miracle" the web interface is accessible by https://ps-bw.sdmz.rnp.br/toolkit/.
So, the owamp (latency) tests are OKay. But, the bwctl (bandwidth) tests are still with problem I believe that because MTU problem isn't fix yet.

Hi Gustavo,
I was wondering if you managed to run successfull tests after your ntp stabilized?
Wrt the other problem of web interface could you check the SELinux settings in /etc/sysconfig/selinux. If it is set to enforcing, consider setting to permissive and rebooting and check again?
