Hi Aaron,

Unfortunately this is a known issue with the 4.0rc2 codebase. We plan on 
fixing it, but it probably won't happen until next week, at the soonest.

Are you intentionally running 4.0rc2 Version 4.0 has not been released yet, 
and should not be run in production. Additionally if you're not familiar with 
system administration, you might not want to run it.

3.5.1 is the latest production release.
