The server is installed and running some tests against some of the nodes from the Global service list but I can’t get our node to register and I don’t see it on the map.

The main page says “Globally registered No” and the manual said registration happens automatically. The server has public IP address and accessible from the Internet.

I entered the information for location.

 

Could you help me to troubleshoot the registration issues please?

 

Hi Nikolay,

Are there any errors in lsregistration log which could indicate you can't reach the global LS?

Try also simple lsregistration daemon restart (/etc/init.d/perfsonar-lsregistrationdaemon restart ) to make sure it reads the configuration

Please also note it will take sometime for a host to appear in the service directory
