It depends which DB you want to clear. Maybe start with deleting data 
just from Maddash. When you issue as root:

rm -rf /var/lib/maddash/maddash

this will remove history of alarms. Restart maddash-server then and 
check disk space to see if more disk space is needed.

Other option would be to delete postgresql  data but you will loose your 
results.
