Dear Mohit,

What is the output of ps -ef|grep perfSONAR and ps -ef|grep regular ?

What does chkconfig --list | grep perfsonar show?

What if you restart the regular testing daemon with sudo service 
perfsonar-regulartesting restart ?

Could you then please share with /var/log/perfsonar/regulartesting.log 
and /var/log/perfsonar/regulartesting.log ?
