perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hi,

I am in need of some assistance in correcting an error that I am getting whenever I try to run a regular test on pS-Toolkit 3.5.1.1. Due to an error I run into when installing from the 3.5.1 toolkit ISO, I must first install from the 3.4.2 toolkit ISO and then use Yum to upgrade to 3.5.1. 

What I need help with is when the machine is running 3.4.2 code, I am able to setup regular throughput tests from the web interface. Those tests will run and the results will show up on the data graph without issue. When I upgrade the machine to the latest code of 3.5.1.1, I can still setup regular throughput tests and those test will run (I have verified using wireshark that the test is running), but the results do not show up. Looking in the regular tests log file, I am getting the errors below. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Any developers able to look into this?
