Hello Szymon,

If I run the command it works just fine, it returns the ping information 
correctly.  It seems to be having trouble storing the data it gets.

What if you run the following command from CLI (as a regular user non-root):
ping -c 10 -i 1.000000 -W 1 -s 1000 -t 255 -I 10.177.47.206 10.177.46.132
