HI Gustavo,

From what you have posted, it does not become obvious there are running tests. In fact the logs show, that there have been collected results, which are attempted to be submitted and this is continuously failing.

Do you experience this problem longer than 24h? Since there should be an automation that removes old/stalled measurements.

Please also note, that other measurements may be continuing in the background, despite the fact that you have stopped them. After all there might be others running tests towards you. Of course these events are not generated by such tests. I am just pointing it out, so that you are not left with wrong expectations.

Best regards,

Ivan

Hi,

A few things to check:

- Is there anything in /opt/perfsonar_ps/regular_testing/etc/regular_testing.conf? There may be tests the GUI is not displaying for one reason or another.

- If there is nothing in the .conf, when did you last restart regular_testing (/etc/init.d/regular_testing restart). It’s quite possible it didn’t get stopped when the tests were deleted for whatever reason.

- Finall, if doing a normal restart doesn’t help, you may want to try stopping the service with "/etc/init.d/regular_testing stop” and looking for any stray processes (ps auxw | grep regular_testing). If there is anything leftover you may just need to kill them manually.

Thanks,

Andy

My perfsonar server is ps-bw.sdmz.rnp.br and I don't have any tests configured (see figure below):

But the tests continue configured and running according to log file "regular_testing.log" (see figure below):

My host details are:

Do you have any idea about it?

Thanks a lot.
