I’m unable to register services to the global directory from the multi-interface host enpl-pt1-10g.eos.nasa.gov.  From the ls_registration_daemon.log:

2015/12/11 15:01:10 (19216) ERROR> LookupService.pm:73 perfSONAR_PS::Utils::LookupService::discover_lookup_services - Problem retrieving http://ps1.es.net:8096/lookup/activehosts.json: 500 Can't connect to ps1.es.net:8096 (connect: Connection timed out)

I’ve attached my LS registration config file.  I tried to reach/lookup/records ps-east and ps-west on port 8090 using curl but I cannot establish a 3-way handshake to either server.

However, I can reach http://monipe-ls.rnp.br:8090/lookup/records.  It’s not a routing issue since I can reach both ps-east and ps-west from another host in the same subnet as enpl-pt1-10g.eos.nasa.gov.  My routing table on enpl-pt1-10g.eos.nasa.gov:
