The fact the log file is empty is really odd.

try the following:

1) Confirm that running tests by hand works: eg, does this work:

   owping 200.237.196.158

2) try restarting regular_testing, and see if there are any error messages.

Have you looked at the logs to see if tests are running?

Do you see any errors in /var/log/perfsonar/regular_testing.log

I have installed a toolkit here and schedule some tests, but I am not seeing the results in the interface. I was expecting to see something in the toolkit, but I am not seeing anything.
