Did you by chance install the “ndt-server-apache” package at some point ("yum info ndt-server-apache" should tell you)? By default the toolkit doesn’t install that so any apache redirect rules should not apply in that case since Apache isn’t the thing listening on port 7123. The ndt-server-apache package would change that if installed and it’s possible the redirect rules bump into each other. We can look at cleaning that up but just wanted to verify your environment first.
