It does thank you. Not sure if that would be worth updating the documentation with that idea or not. I also ended up using the tests from a static example rather than the ones demonstrated in the dynamic section.

You can create the file anywhere. Once you have created it, you convert ti to JSON and publish it on a web server. From there you can include a URL in agent_configuration.conf. The basic process is on the Publishing
a Central Configuration File and Reading a Central Configuration File pages, respectively.
