Hi Winnie,

Not sure if this is useful, but i can reach the web pages of both boxes coming over the commodity internet. I would think if I can do that the monitoring host could reach it as well. It also looks like both BWCTLD and OWAMPD are running on their respective hosts. I see you even have some results...though looks like maybe throughput tests outside the UK may be having some issues. That may or may not be related to the issues with the monitoring host. I do see all three monitoring hosts are in the U.S. Perhaps the monitoring hosts take a different route into your hosts and are hitting some different filters?

The latter 2 have a "rerun test" glyph that I as Guest can execute. I do, but
no change.

In all 3 monitoring, for both LAT & BW this is red:

perfSONAR Homepage CRITICAL HTTP/HTTPS Connection failure

Everything checked here shows this should succeed, can someone help debug?
I can ssh to a remote site & from there both telnet to ports 80 & 443 for
both our LAT & BW, & get to the http & https page for each (via lynx). So
why can't the 3 monitoring sites connect to http/https?


The LAT box has this red:

CRIT perfSONAR OWAMP One-Way Ping Service CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10
seconds

The BW box has this red:

perfSONAR BWCTL Bandwidth Test Controller CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10
seconds

In both cases I beg for help to debug why the tests are FAIL. Both LAT &
BW were rebooted yesterday to ensure all processes were restarted cleanly.

Grateful for advice!!
