Can you send /var/log/perfsonar/regular_testing.log of the host trying to register?  It sounds like you did the correct steps, so may just be a typo or similar.

When I check the archive in-browser by going to https://*/esmond/perfsonar/archive/?format=json, the only thing that shows up is "[]".
