GÉANT Advanced eduPERT Training at TNC2015

The eduPERT training at the TNC15 in Porto is a follow up event to the 
workshop in Dublin, an advanced hands-on training on network performance and 
analysis tools. We will work through a series of scenarios. The focus of the 
training is based on udpmon and a training session on new features of the 
perfSONAR suite.

The attendees will be able to use udpmon, to carry out detailed packet loss 
with analysis, to provide tests for jitter, packet loss and delays, to 
specify spacing between packets, size of packets, incremental number of 
packets and to produce histogram report for decision making. On  perfSONAR 
the focus is on advanced network troubleshooting, to understand the "mecano", 
learning on real scenarios, and to get an idea of new deployment 
possibilities.

The training is divided in two parts of 1.5hrs each.
