Hey Andrew,

Hello,

I have a server setup with two interfaces doing throughput testing. Each interface is configured to test on a different subnet. Tests are running fine on one interface but the other cannot initiate a test. The non-working interface can receive tests but for some reason cannot begin a test. When I do traceroutes on the box it goes the correct path and both interfaces are available by ping, ssh, http etc. Also, the interface that is not currently working was initiating tests fine before I had set up the dual interfaces.

The only thing I see in the owamp_bwctl.log file is this:

May 14 06:33:41 ps1 bwctld[21878]: FILE=endpoint.c, LINE=939, Endpoint: Unable to connect to Peer([192.168.1.2]:6178): Operation now in progress
May 14 06:33:51 ps1 bwctld[21876]: FILE=sapi.c, LINE=391, BWLControlAccept(): Unable to read ClientGreeting message

Anyone have any idea why this would be happening?

Can you send the output of “ps auxw” along with /opt/perfsonar_ps/regular_testing/etc/regular_testing.conf and /var/log/perfsonar/regular_testing.log?

Cheers,
Aaron
