Hi Everyone,
Recently I have been troubleshooting an issue where a perfSonar test
host was showing kernel log events about the cpu being throttled. Even
though the BIOS is configured for Maximum Performance. The throttling
appears to be causing loss in owamp tests.
I stumbled onto this document from Dell which I think will be useful for
getting the most out of your owamp test points.
