Hey Robert,
Periodically, when CentOS releases a new kernel, we’ll have to do an updated
kernel release with web100 support which may take a few days to get in place.
If, during that time, you reboot (or install initially), it’ll come up in a
non-web100 kernel. Since kernel updates won’t automagically reboot on
install, it’ll keep running the older version even after an update. We send
out announcements when we’ve released a new web100 version of the kernel.
After those updates get installed, you’ll need to reboot to start using it.
