Hi Philip,

To this I can add:

Dump the Postgres DB.

Dump/make a snapshot of Cassandra

http://docs.datastax.com/en/cassandra/2.0/cassandra/operations/ops_backup_restore_c.html.

These files below should have been obsoleted with pS 3.4

/opt/perfsonar_ps/perfsonarbuoy_ma/etc/owmesh.conf
/opt/perfsonar_ps/perfsonarbuoy_ma/etc/daemon.conf

In fact there are other folders that I miss on my boxes, so I would leave to someone else give more accurate feedback.

Best regards,

Ivan

Subject: [perfsonar-user] Backing up/restoring data/configuration

If I'm running a  perfSONAR  (possibly part of a mesh) system and want to back up (and restore)

the data.   Which directories/files need to be saved ( just want the data and configuration).

I want the data so that I can move to new hardware but keep the historic measurements.

Here's my list so far, but may be incomplete
