Hey Pedro,
From the logs, it looks like the problem may have cropped up when
ps02.cat.cbpf.br is the receiver. Try running: bwctl -T iperf3 -t 20 -i 1 -c
ps02.cat.cbpf.br -s perfsonar-bw.cern.ch
