Hello,
This is not really a problem unless you are trying to use paris-traceroute.
The bwctld daemon searches for all the tools it knows, on startup. In this
case he can't find the executable of that tool.
Three choices you have:
1) ignore it
2) install paris-traceroute
3) disable it in bwctld.conf
