Hi,

It sounds like you are using 3.4.2-rc1 which is NOT a production version, its 
the current beta release. We are debugging this exact problem at the moment. 
If it was intentional that you are using the beta, please sit tight, we hope 
to have a fix soon. If it was unintentional you got the beta, please see 
http://software.internet2.edu/pS-Performance_Toolkit/ for the latest released 
version.
