Brian,
Yesterday night everything was working fine. I couldn't find the reasons why the service was not working but i restarted the services and everything is working fine now (http://ps02.cat.cbpf.br/toolkit).
We (CBPF) participate on the WLCG project and i'm trying to fine tune the PerfSONAR servers. There were some other tests being done, but to me to focus on the graphs problems i disabled them. Now we are just using the mesh configuration file from WLCG
(https://grid-deployment.web.cern.ch/grid-deployment/wlcg-ops/perfsonar/conf/central/testdefs/jsons/tests-wlcg-all.json).
Actually we are having three problems related to the Throughput Graphs. They are:
* Besides a Test Member is configured by the mesh configuration file, we cannot see this member in the Throughput/Latency Graphs List (https://ps02.cat.cbpf.br/serviceTest/psGraph.cgi). For example, perfsonar-ps.cern.ch is
a "BWCTL Test Between WLCG Bandwidth Host" but it doens't appear to me on http://ps02.cat.cbpf.br/serviceTest/psGraph.cgi
* Some members don't exhibit any data on the graphs. For example: https://ps02.cat.cbpf.br/serviceTest/graphWidget.cgi?source=152.84.101.142&dest=90.147.67.253&url="http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fesmond%2Fperfsonar%2Farchive%2F#
* For some members i have the same problem that i tried to explain on the last e-mail. For some graphs we have the error message: ERROR:
No data to plot for the hosts and time range selected. For example: https://ps02.cat.cbpf.br/serviceTest/graphWidget.cgi?source=143.107.129.136&dest=152.84.101.142&url="http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fesmond%2Fperfsonar%2Farchive%2Fhttps://ps02.cat.cbpf.br/serviceTest/graphWidget.cgi?source=143.107.129.136&dest=152.84.101.142&url="http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fesmond%2Fperfsonar%2Farchive%2F
Could you help me to solve these problems?
Thanks,
Pedro Diniz

Try running /etc/init.d/bwctld restart, and look at the log files for any errors.
Also, I see that the host is not globally registered. You might want to verify that the port for the Lookup Server (port 8090 and 8096)) are not blocked.
