Guys, already understood... I was looking at a wrong example. In cookbok is well explained (http://software.internet2.edu/bwctl/bwctl-cookbook.pdf).
bwctl -c 192.168.1.67 A AESKEY xpto keys.file
However in manual pages the explanation is not clear in my opinion (http://software.internet2.edu/bwctl/bwctl.man.html).bwctl -c 192.168.1.67 A AESKEY xpto keys.file
