I can at least answer your question re the kernel. The web100 kernel 
(and its associated files)
are still at the last kernel release of CentOS6.5. The CentOS mirrors 
allready hold the new kernel
of CentOS6.6 (-504) and its associated files. The new web100 kernel - 
based on 504 - is currently in development. Once that kernel is in the 
web100 repo, your kernel-devel files will match the kernel.
