Hi,

I did a fresh « custom » install on Scientific Linux 6.5 (x86_64).

When I try to save administrative information on the web interface, all I get is :

“Problem saving configuration: Problem saving administrative information”

(skipping the issue with latitude/longitude requiring a comma probably because of my windows/firefox, but only accepting dots in the background)

All I can find in the logs is:

[Tue Oct 28 14:02:05 2014] [error] [client xxx] [Tue Oct 28 14:02:05 2014] index.cgi: Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit/web/root/admin/administrative_info/../../../../lib/perfSONAR_PS/NPToolkit/Config/AdministrativeInfo.pm line 628., referer: https://yyyy/toolkit/admin/administrative_info/

This is :

‘$output .= "site_location=" . $self->{LOCATION} . "\n";’

I I comment out this offending line in the perl code, or if I remove the reference to this unknown “LOCATION” variable, then I don’t see any error anymore, but I still can’t save anything…

/opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit/etc/administrative_info remains empty too.

Any idea ?

I have restarted the ls_registration daemon, the cache daemon, and Cassandra too (it was not running), then httpd, to no avail…

Thanks
