[root@ps ~]# /opt/perfsonar_ps/toolkit/scripts/system_environment/configure_esmond

Waiting for postgresql to complete startup
could not change directory to "/root"

What to do when performing these steps, and a password is asked by Postgresql?

Starting postgresql service:                               [FAILED]
