Hello,
   Result of regular testing for BWCTL  is not appearing for Purdue 
Tier-2 site on maddash  monitoring  page.

However, we are observing following lines  in "/var/log/messages"

Recently, we introduced our local NTP  at Purdue in 
'perfsonar-cms2.rcac.purdue.edu' .

How one should get rid of messages 'BWLDCheckTestPolicy: Local server 
isn't synchronized. Server administrator needs to set 'allow_unsync' to
