Hi Aaron -

That seemed to work... Creating the 'bwctl' user and group. However, 
when I try to run the bwctl test to the 'CD' perfsonar node. I get the 
following message:

[root@turq-perfs2
 bwctld]# bwctl -c 204.121.65.121  -t 20  -f g
bwctl: Using tool: iperf
bwctl: BWLStartSessions: Failed
