Sorry, but no, there is still no way to plot pinger loss.

Is owamp testing not an option in your environment?

We are working on a new plot tool for the next release, and should be able to add ping loss to that tool.

I tried the advice of setting packet size to 1000 in the PingER test
but it
doesn't make a different. The graph still shows nothing when there is
confirmed
packet loss.

Perhaps I can illustrate the issue better with a screenshot. I setup
a PingER
test to a target host and let it run for a while. I then disabled
ICMP on the
host and left it off for about 30 mins (100% ping loss) between 15:53
and 16:23.
I then re-enabled ping on the host and waited about 10 more mins and
then pulled
up the Ping Latency graph for "12 hours". The below image is the
result:

See how at about 15:53 when I disabled ping on the target host, the
graph
basically has no data until about 16:23 when I re-enabled ping on the
host. If
it were working correctly, I would expect there would be plots for
100% packet
loss between 15:53 and 16:23. All this graph shows me is there is no
data during
that time period.

When I manually query the pingerMA database on that toolkit host, I
see plenty
of results where lossPercent is not 0 so I'm assuming something is
broken with
the process that is actually generating the graph.

I have tired this on two different 3.2.2 PsToolkit hosts too and I
get the exact
same results on both.

I setup a PingER test on a pSToolkit 3.2.2 box yesterday to
temporarily monitor
a customer connection by pinging the router on the far end of the
circuit. I
know there is intermittent packet loss on this circuit from time
to
time but
when I click on the "Ping Latency" menu in the toolkit and
generate a
Graph for
this host for the last 24hrs, it doesn't show the packet loss on
the
graph. In
fact, the graph legend at the top only shows "Min Delay", "Median
Delay", "Mean
Delay", and "Max Delay" line colors. There is nothing to show
loss.

I have verified there are test results that contain packet loss in
the database.
If I run this SQL query:
select * from data_201209 where lossPercent!=0
it returns 1110 rows.

Is there something I need to do to enable packet loss to show on
the
PingER Ping
Latency graphs? I'm not seeing anything in the PingER
documentation
related to this.

FYI, my PingER test is setup like so:

Test Parameters
Description     ping
Time Between Tests (seconds)    60
Packets Sent Per Test   30
Time Between Packets (seconds)  1
Size Of Test Packets    500
