perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hi all,

An updated set of OWAMP RPMs is now available. The OWAMP 3.4-9 RPMs fix a bug 
that came up in the 3.4-8 RPMs.

The issue in the 3.4-8 RPMs caused problems if powstream session lengths were 
over 20 minutes long. This situation would occur if the default settings for 
owamp tests in the mesh configuration were used.

Those who are using the perfSONAR Toolkit, or otherwise have the Internet2 
RPM repository enabled, can run 'yum update' to get the latest changes. For 
those who prefer to install the RPMs manually, the newest version can be 
downloaded from http://software.internet2.edu/ . After installation, you will 
need to restart bwctld to use the new features. You can do this by running 
“/etc/init.d/bwctld restart
”.
