My goal would be to run perfSONAR on GENI to demonstrate how the tool works
and learn about its operation. Thus, I'm not concerned about high levels of
accuracy in the measurements. Also, you can request actual servers on GENI,
not just virtual machines.

BWCTL and OWAMP rely on a fairly accurate clock and running in a virtual
machine is generally discouraged.
