I don't believe this will cause a problem. It's related to logging and how
syslog categorizes the message. It should be harmless but let us know if you
see otherwise.

This is new. It won't actually affect your regular tests. You can initiate
owping commands through the bwctl command-line and this is the port range it
will use if you do that.
