Hey Lixin,

Are you actually using the TS? It was installed, accidently, on a number of hosts so if that happened during your install, it's probably best to just remove it using "yum remove perl-perfSONAR_PS-TopologyService"

Cheers,
Aaron

Hi Aaron,

Sorry I should be carefully looking at my boot log.
The older version does not work either. The problem
is that topology service requires this package:

Using perl-dbxml-2.5.16-1.el6.x86_64:

/opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/bin/daemon.pl --config=/opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/etc/daemon.conf --pidfile=topology_service.pid --piddir=/var/run --logger=/opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/etc/daemon_logger.conf --user=perfsonar --group=perfsonar
Can't load '/usr/lib64/perl5/auto/Sleepycat/DbXml/DbXml.so' for module Sleepycat::DbXml: libdbxml-2.5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory at /usr/lib64/perl5/XSLoader.pm line 70.

Using perl-dbxml-2.5.16-2.el6.x86_64:

/opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/bin/daemon.pl --config=/opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/etc/daemon.conf --pidfile=topology_service.pid --piddir=/var/run --logger=/opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/etc/daemon_logger.conf --user=perfsonar --group=perfsonar
Can't locate Sleepycat/DbXml.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/bin/../lib  ./lib ../lib /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 . ./lib ../lib) at /opt/perfsonar_ps/topology_service/bin/../lib/perfSONAR_PS/DB/XMLDB.pm line 25.
