perfSONAR User Q&A and Other Discussion

Hey Terrance;

Have you configured regular testing for the host?  That service is usually 
only in the 'not running' state if there is nothing configured, the 
configuration has an error, or something else (full disk, faulty database) 
prevents it from running.
