Hello folks,
I'm trying to install perfSONAR_PS-PingER-GUI-3.1.10 from source on Fedora 9
because I had some issues attempting to install it via YUM. What I got while
trying that was:
Error: Missing Dependency: perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.8.5) is needed by package
perl-perfSONAR_PS-PingER-GUI-3.1-10.pSPS.i386
By the way, the computer I'm working with uses perl 5.10.0. The uname command
gives me
Linux 2.6.27.25-78.2.56.fc9.i686 #1 SMP Thu Jun 18 12:47:50 EDT 2009 i686
i686 i386 GNU/Linux
So far I've had no problems installing the other packages from perfSONAR from
source, but for PingER-GUI, whenever I try the rpmbuild command, I get
error: File
/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/perfSONAR_PS-PingER-GUI-3.1.10.%{arch}.tar.gz: No
such file or directory
Any ideas? Something that could be fixed in the .SPEC file?
If you guys need more info, please let me know.
Thanks a lot in advance for your time and help.
Regards,
Petri Garagorri
