Takatoshi;

Here is a database dump of your LS:

http://dc211.internet2.edu/cgi-bin/perfAdmin/view.cgi?hls=http://202.180.38.70:9995/perfSONAR_PS/services/hLS

The first section indicates the SNMP has registered, but I am interested in the last 3 sections of this web page (scroll to the bottom) - it does not appear your hLS has summarized the information set yet. Some questions:

1) how long has the hLS been up?
2) did you set the following value in the configration file (and if so what did you set it to):

maintenance_interval 90

3) Are there any errors in the log indicating that summarization failed?

A quick fix would be to just restart the hLS and see if the data summarizes (this would happen almost immediately) but I would like to know why it hasn't done so yet.

Thanks;

-jason

Hi, this is Takatoshi Ikeda, APAN-JP.

I've installed newest Lookup Service and SNMPMA by yum repository but SNMPMA service seems not to be registered correctly. Following is detail information. Is there any information?

1.Symptom
I installed newest Lookup Service and SNMPMA.
When I launch new Lookup Service, I can see it on the Service Tree Web page.
https://dc211.internet2.edu/cgi-bin/perfAdmin/tree.cgi
Then, new SNMPMA is launched and it seems to be registered to new Lookup
Service.
However, I can not see it on the Service Tree Web page.
As a experiment, I modified the configuration file of SNMPMA to register old
existed Lookup Service. I can see SNMPMA service on the web.
In order to check whether SNMPMA is registered or not, I make a request by
using
client.pl as Section3. I got a response with SNMPMA service information.
However, I got any service information when I try to get all service list.
The results of client.pl are in Section 3.

2. Software Version
(New LookupService and SNMPMA)
perl-perfSONAR_PS-LookupService-3.1-2.pSPS
perl-perfSONAR_PS-SNMPMA-3.1-3.pSPS

(old existed Lookup Service)
perl-perfSONAR_PS-SNMPMA-3.1-2.pSPS

3. service point
hLS - http://202.180.38.70:9995/perfSONAR_PS/services/hLS
SNMPMA - http://202.180.38.69:9990/perfSONAR_PS/services/SNMPMA
