I am scheduling a maintenance window for bugzilla.perfsonar.net this 
Sunday 20:00 - 22:00 EST (Monday 1:00 - 3:00 UTC) to perform a software 
upgrade.  This operation will require a brief outage, but the entire 
window is reserved.

If this activity will directly impact anyone's work please let me know 
as soon as possible so an alternate time can be selected.
