The upgrade to the bugzilla server is complete. If anyone experiences any odd behavior, please let me know.

I am scheduling an upgrade to the perfSONAR bugzilla server (bugzilla.perfsonar.net) this evening between 1:00 and 3:00 UTC. The server will be briefly unavailable as the software is upgraded and database maintenance is performed. This outage should not last long, but the entire window is reserved.

Please contact me ASAP if this outage will seriously hinder anyone.
