In perfSONAR-UI a new MA can be added by following these steps:

1) On the left side, under "Query & search options" select "Service 
addresses"

2) On the window that opens up, click "new" (on the bottom, in the 
middle).

3) Select the new entry and enter your info:

URL:                    http://<HOSTNAME>:8080/perfSONAR_PS/services/snmpMA
NAME:                   <YOUR SERVICE NAME>               
SCHEMA:                 http://schemas.perfsonar.net/2.0
EVENT TYPE (in):        http://ggf.org/ns/nmwg/characteristic/utilization/2.0
EVENT TYPE (out):       http://ggf.org/ns/nmwg/characteristic/utilization/2.0

When you are done you can save this configuration (press "save") or just 
press "ok".  The queries you do against perfSONAR-UI will not include 
your service.
