Which version of RRD MA are you installing? The latest RC or the one 
from the last MDM bundle 3.0?
If you tried RC2 (the latest available) you may want to wait a few days 
as there will be a small update to this service. And then you have

This kind of error shows up when the path to rrdjtool library is not 
there or is wrongly configured.

The LD_LIBRARY_PATH should point to directory where libjrrd.so file may 
be located (depending on your configuration) in e.g. 
/opt/perfsonar/services/geant2-java-rrd-ma/WEB-INF/contrib/rrdjtool/build
Please remember to set this path permanently in system environment
