Hi Szymon,
What LS is available to register within ? I have a RRD  MA at Fermilab  
(
http://lhcopnmon1-mgm.fnal.gov:8080/axis/services/MeasurementArchiveService
).
It publishes utilization about our LHC connections. Btw, what's news about
global LS service ?
