As you are, probably, aware, the audit on perfSONAR is on going in full 
steam. Before you definitely decide the design of psBase3 and its features, 
please wait until the work on perfSONAR in completed.

Even in its uncompleted form, these notes we collected during audit could 
prove invaluable to you - that's what we are hoping for. Expect these notes
