Thank you for spotting this issue.

Could you provide the ssh/telnet mp service log and xml ls service log, 
please?
What version of ssh/telnet mp service are you using?
To what version of xml ls service ssh/telnet mp is trying to register?
On what operating system those services run?

I think you are using the version < 1.4 of ssh/telnet mp service against 
the newest xml ls service. If you are using < 1.4, please upgrade the 
service to the latest version since there were many changes in all 
services (also in LS service).
