perfsonar development work

Hi all,

We tested perfSONAR flow web services and psUI FlowSA tab. The results 
of the test are attached in the document. Unfortunately some bugs were 
found and both the services and UI still need some work to be useful. 
Hopefully issues will be resolved at some point (taking into account no 
current support for MP and MA).

The following bugs were reported to Bugzilla as a result of testing:
