One purpose is that we already use urls as even types, for example in MA 
url event types tell service which metrics it should choose to fetch or 
store data. So the background for url idea is that we should have full 
harmony. However mentioned example of event type refers to nmwg schema 
and we must introduce some new well done response schema. So since some 
of requests are already  urls  why to use something different?
