I think this script (and this one too 
https://dc211.internet2.edu/cgi-bin/perfAdmin/tree.cgi) is no longer 
used. The header of these pages says: Information Last Fetched on Tue 
Jul 21 13:22:06 2009 UTC

There was a new development version published by Jason some time ago: 
http://dc211.internet2.edu/cgi-bin/pA/tree.cgi

But Jason has to confirm it for 100%
