Hey guys,
I finally finished   new pinger MP config GUI. The test
instance is at http://lhcopnmon1-mgm.fnal.gov:3000/admin/configure
It runs under the same server as data charts and both are under Catalyst.
The charts gui is under http://lhcopnmon1-mgm.fnal.gov:3000/gui/display.
The admin config is capable to upload CSV or XML pigner landmarks files.
Notice: Restart MP is disabled because it requires suexec or sudo. 
And Save XML file is disabled to disallow bunch if strange configs written.
