perfsonar development work

Hi Fausto,

I'm moving it to perfsonar-dev mailing list as the web site is for the 
whole pS consortium, adding also Paraskeva who can finally take care of 
this change from GN3 side and if necessary liaise with somebody from 
other organisations.

Indeed this information seems to be missing. I think the easiest way 
would be to enhance Use Cases part with additional metrics.
